No Achievements

Achievements Just are not there on new worlds (I created a SP world, & used the server.. both are missing.

[I seriously am planning to start a HC series, and outside of teh nominal issues & possible corruption.. now all the achievements are missing. the only 'strange' bit I found was this inside the window.] Do not know if related or not.
