[MC-188125] I can't get the windows 10 minecraft version code

I have the java version of minecraft and I would like to obtain version 10, however when I wanted to go get the code to get it for free I found no code. Could you help me get the version.

But i so on internet the official mojang site saying that we could have the windows 10 version if we own the java version, is it faulse?
