[MC-188158] Respawning the Ender dragon replaces all blocks in the pillars to obsidian.

When a dragon is respawning, the obsidian pillars are also regenerated along with the end crystals, meaning you could lose some valueable blocks. Relates to MC-184151.

Okay, I initially expected it to only replace air blocks because it could replace valuable blocks like diamonds or netherite. Thats why I made the report, but I see now. 🙂
