[MC-188749] Taking off soul speed boots while standing on soul blocks doesn't remove the speed effect immediately

When unequipping soul speed boots while standing still on top of soul sand or soul soil, the soul speed effect remains until the player moves.

Not quite, MC-177965 previously was only about equipping the boots, not unequipping them.

I've merged this ticket now though.

Its always been that way, I did not change the description or summary before or after my comment.
