Horses float when spawned on walls.

When I tried to spawn horses on a wall to watch them die (I know, I have a sick mind), they stuck to the wall no matter how low I placed them.

See the attached pics.

Also, please note this only happens to the large horses. The small ones fall like normal mobs.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected. You do not have access to this yet.

The big horses are spawned partially inside the wall - able to stand on the blocks there.

Same problem with the new polar bears in 16w21a.
