The Language title in the Language option menu is too low

This issue was fixed with a UI change in 24w09a. "Screen elements such as titles and buttons are positioned more consistently across different screens"
@unknown, could you please show the difference in behavior between 24w09a, and the version prior? This way we can have the resolution on record with proof.
[Mod] Jiingy,please compare the two attached images of 1.21.4 with the images of the previous version where the issue occurred. The title height is clearly different in the problematic version, but in the new UI they are placed at the same height.
I can confirm in 20w46a.
