Perpetual Loading Screen and Menu Crashing on PS4

On Minecraft PS4, when I open Minecraft, the loading screen stays loading perpetually loading for extended periods of time. Whenever it does load, Minecraft crashes in the Menu almost immediately as it connects to my Microsoft Account. The only solution that fixes it is deleting and reinstalling Minecraft. However, even after that, the issue still happens occasionally.
