[MC-189349] Weird lines between blocks which disappear when approached.

I've had Minecraft for a year, never had this issue which appeared about 2 weeks ago. The lines form a grid through which it seems that I can see through the world. I've messed around with all kinds of graphic settings but I can't find a solution.

Thanks the solution you linked worked. I changed the setting in the Nvidia Control Panel.
