Pressing the offhand key on inventory item in offhand doesn't take it off offhand

When an item is in my offhand slot and I press the offhand key to take it out of there, it does nothing.

This is WAI. 1-9 keys have the same behavior

Yup, the functionality of the key in the inventory is "swap the current slot with my offhand". If both slots are the same, obviously nothing happens.
