[MC-189534] Pressure plate goes missing after TNT ignites

When a pressure plate is ignited with TNT under it, the pressure plate makes a breaking animation but no item is dropped. There is time to collect the item before the tnt blows up, but the item does not drop. (This has been tested both in creative and survival)

Are you sure the pressure plate doesn't drop? It probably fell inside of the TNT. If you move inside of the TNT while it is exploding, can you pick it up?

I wasn't able to pick it up at all - the tile didn't drop. It got fixed in Pre 8 though I just tried it and the pressure plate dropped
