[MC-189664] Silverfish Do Not Spawn When Destroying Block

When destroying a block containing a silverfish, the animation for them spawning plays, but the silverfish does not actually spawn.

Is it possible that the silverfish already entered another block before it could attack you? Are you able to reproduce this consistently?
