The version in picture 1 is 20w20a and the version in picture 2 is 20w21a.It likes 20w07a,all the villages disappeared.It will also happen in 1.16 Pre-release 6.(picture 3,though it is similar to picture 2)

Those snapshots are quite old. Upgrade from 20w20a to the current pre-release and see if the same happens
