Soul sand effect through half slab - even with enchantment
What I expected to happen was...:
Normal walking
What actually happened was...:
soul sand slow walking, even with enchanted boots on
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put half slab of netherbricks over soul sand block
2. Walk on netherbrick half slab

This is consistent with other blocks such as ice, which retain their effect when a partial block is placed on them.
