On a distance diagonal lines and triangles appears and sometimes you can see through blocks. Diagonal lines appears on leaves and triangles appear on slabs and grass path (you can see it on a sreenshots). And if you move your camera or start moving it will start moving too. Sorry, I can't make a video, but I tried to put more information on screenshots. And also, I have a screenshot of my video settings. I hope it may help.
After I wrote this, i desided to change my settings. You can see the result on a screenshots.
