[MC-190291] Long pack names do not use ellipses properly

Although long pack names now use the ... symbol, it does not cut the pack name which renders above it. This is not the case in previous versions.

The bug relates to MC-180350.

Download the pack below for easier reproduction.
Drag and drop the pack to the "Data Packs" or "Resource Packs" menu.

Resolved as a duplicate of MC-180350. If you take a close look at the screenshots in that ticket, the ellipsis is there as well.
