Upon breaking a block of ice (not packed ice or blue ice) I noticed that there was no animation. Upon closer inspection, there was an animation, it was just semi-transparent to the point where you can only really see it if it is broken slowly. I'm not sure if this issue is present all the time, and if not I'm unsure of how to recreate it, but it seems to happen to every ice block regardless of world/location

This actually appears to be a duplicate of MC-161926, which hasn't yet been resolved. If you have any additional information to provide regarding this issue, feel free to comment on the parent ticket. Just to further inform you, this will not determine how quickly the bug gets handled or fixed.
