Chunks won't load

So for the past two days I've been having issues where the chunks aren't loading but when i log out and back into the world they load. However whenever I leave to the nether for example and come back i see that a huge part of my world isn't loaded in. I have also been having trouble with my skin. I have two skin packs/texture packs. They both won't load or let my use them. I'm on a ps4 so I don't know if there is anything I can do about these issues.
