Wandering Trader and Illager Patrols not spawning.

I've probably been playing for more that 10 hours without any Wandering Trader or Illager Patrols spawing. I'm not sure how frequently they are supposed to spawn but it feels like they spawned way more often in the first few hours of my survival world. I dont think I've had any spawns since the Pre-Release 7 snapshot
