The Bug:
Lava within basalt deltas biomes doesn't update correctly when intersecting nether fortresses.
Here is an example:
Version: 1.21.7
Seed: -2178309719778189280
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @s 109525.65 56.89 -227.80 -717.34 -29.81
Steps to Reproduce:
Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
Look at the generation of lava and how it intersects with the nether fortress.
Take note as to whether or not lava within basalt deltas biomes doesn't update correctly when intersecting nether fortresses.
Observed Behavior:
Lava within basalt deltas biomes doesn't update correctly.
Expected Behavior:
Lava within basalt deltas biomes would update correctly.

Suggested fix (please add to main text): when generating bridge structures, if the fortress detects any non-air blocks bordering the 3x3 tunnel of air that generates as part of the bridges, these adjacent blocks should be replaced with nether bricks. This fixes this bug along with softening the ugly and awkward netherrack roofs you tend to get with fortresses.
Can confirm in 1.19.2.
