I placed a block and I didn't hear any sound of the block being placed. The sound doesn't play at all (as shown with the subtitles on). I think It has something to do with the minecarts clipping into the location, which messes with the sound somehow?

Maybe chunk borders have something to do with it?

Also I have to start recording with the F3 screen off because the recording software doesn't allow it

Ah, thank you. This doesn't have anything to do with chunk borders, this is because of the minecart next to the block. See MC-129112 for more details.
Can you re-record that video please, but keep the F3 screen open all the time?
