Basically i made my world in 1.16 snapshots and in 20w21a guardians couldnt spawn and they said they fixed it in 20w22a but it still doesnt work it says its an ocean monument but not guardians spawn does anyone know a fix

To fix it, you can either:
Reset the whole world or that particular chunk itself or
