Ghost Blocks when mining

Whenever I mine any block, it will stay there for about 3-7 seconds afterwards unless I mine it again. The second time I mine it, it drops the tile and disappears, but the first time it just reappears. Please fix this before releasing 1.16 officially.

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
