[MC-190623] Crashes after spotty screen on java

All complex worlds (not superflats) end up crashing the whole game within 5 seconds to 2 minutes of being inside them. It starts with my screen speckling with weird white tiny static-like shapes constantly appearing on the screen. Then, the moment I do something that is even remotely complex (such as turn around or punch bamboo) the game freezes mid frame, both my screens go blank for about 1 second, and then the "an unexpected issue has occurred and the the game has crashed, sorry for the inconvenience" screen comes up. This exact thing has happened extremely frequently since I switched playing from one of the snapshots to 1.15.2 and back again. It just does not work anymore and is extremely frustrating since I can't get much time in.
