[MC-19086] Can't tell if horse is supposed to rear up or jump while in place

I was testing out the latest minecraft 1.6 version and I was on a horse. Now, for some reason, I have a horse which if I hold the jump button and let go, it stands on its hind legs and just kicks it fore legs. However, when I go on my other horse, when I do the same process, this time the horse jumps.

The one without a saddle cannot jump.

However, it WOULD make more sense that it just rears up while in place, because if you think about it, if a horse just jumped while in place, it would break it's legs. But that's just my opinion, and it would count for a cool pose
