When i was in my trading hall, I noticed the prices increased on my zombie converted villagers, so the prices went up. For example, it costed 31 emeralds for a Protection IV book instead of normally like 13 emeralds or so.

The prices may have been affected by supply and demand. Have you been trading that specific trade a lot? If not, the villagers could have spread negative gossip about you, from things like hurting/killing villagers/iron golems.
