Baby Horse Glitch In Blocks

I was making a horse barn when all of a sudden, some of the baby horses started getting glitched into blocks and getting hurt, i broke the block (i switch between creative and survival) and the horse is freed. but, the baby horse somehow gets glitched into another block and starts to get hurt again! i had 3 baby horses, they all died inside blocks. grown horses do not get glitched but babies and when they are a little bit bigger still get stuck. i hope you can fix this! thanks! -Fritzy99876
