Button 2 not working on Mac Laptop

*What I expected to happen was that by pressing Button 2 (right-clicking, in this case done by holding down the control key and clicking my mousepad on my MacBook Pro) I would be able to open a map or place blocks.

*What actually happened was it acted as Button 1 (left-clicking), so in this case attacking/destroying the blocks I had my cursor over.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on a MacBook Pro
2. I had just downloaded the new launcher and was using it for the first time.
3. Start Minecraft and create a new creative world, seed name: "horses plz"
4a. Get out the "empty map" item and right click to activate it.
4b. Get out the "crafting table" item and right click to place it.

*sidenote: holding down the control key and clicking my mouse pad is causing this effect, however when I plug in my regular mouse I have no problem right clicking to activate items or to place them.

*I tried to recreate this bug in my survival world and I had the same issue there.

*I changed back to version 1.5.2 and this problem was not an issue.
