[MC-192273] Skin problem

My skin keeps messing up and comes this. I do not know why and i tried so many things.
Uninstalling. Deleting minecraft

updating my drivers. Everything. It just doesnt work and it affects not just me but everyone around me.

THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN 1.15.2 AND ABOVE ONLY. IT HAPPENS ON 1.8.9 AND WHATEVER VERSION COMES

Im using Default resource pack and im playing on Skyblock hypixel on 1.8.9 this happens on that version specifically

Yes but most people who play on 1.8.9 specifically on Hypixel. they claim that their skins are completely fine. how come it is only me whose suffering from it?

1.8 is a very old version at this point, and you already said that it's not a problem with newer versions. 1.8 is no longer supported, and will not receive bugfixes.
