Redstone dust is able to power droppers that it is not touching.

The missing diorite slab, that should be touching the top half of the second dropper up, should have a redstone dust on it touching the third dropper up to make this tower work.

In my survival world if i replace that slab and dust it causes the tower to stop working. I have been unable to replicate that part however in this creative world.
