[MC-192901] Game crashing shortly after starting with exit code -1073740791

Every time I start Minecraft, the game crashes with this message: Process crashed with exit code -1073740791

I'ave attached the most recent minecraft logs and launcher logs.

I have the most recent drivers for my Nvidia RTX 2070 Super and Windows is up to date as of today.

I don't see any resolution in the linked ticket other than updated drivers, which they are already updated. I tried downgrading, which caused several out of memory errors in OpenGL
