[MC-192951] Me saca de mi realm no puedo pasar ni dos segundos en el

No puedo permanecer 2 minutos en mi realm porque me saca dice java.io error con el host remoto no es el java e borrado el juego lo e vuelto a instalar y nada y solo me saca en mi realm en los servidores normales no pasa ya llevo 3 meses pagando y no puedo jugar necesito ayuda
