When a mob is chasing the player, the mob will randomly lose attention to the player for a short time and continue chasing. I was thinking it could be TPS lag, as my system is not very high-end. However, I noticed this only started happening with the release of 1.16. I observe that it's head moves back and forth, looking at the player, briefly gazing elsewhere, and then looking back at the player. I also find that it happens often in dark caves when zombies and/or creepers are present. I haven't been able to recreate the bug on video, but when I do I'll submit it.

Check if it still happens with slightly lower video settings, you may be running them too high for your specs at the moment.
I apologize for the quality and framerate of the video. My system can't record my screen very well while Minecraft already uses a lot of the CPU. But this is an example of what happens with mobs sometimes. I provoked the enderman and it kept loosing its attention to me and wasn't teleporting to attack me. I ran my game at roughly the lowest settings.
I was told the CPU is to low of a Clock Speed and unsupported by Mojang; is this the case for ALL CPUS that are below 3.1Ghz?
My question is why is it that Galaxy still tries to resolve a problem even on unsupported device?
