When trying to start my minecraft java edition 1.16 server provided by mojang [here|https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/] i encounter an error when running the server with a start.bat batch file with the correct command in the file and the EULA set to true. The error description in the crash report says that there is an error in the server tick loop and in the command prompt it says it failed to create a child event loop. I've tried adjusting my firewall and turning it off, installing a fresh .jar file and tried to find something online but i couldn't find that much stuff with my exact issue.
