Bug with red enchant.

I found a bug in which to take an enchanted leather jacket in one hand (I see a bug only with it), and there will be nothing in the other hand, and then turn on F5, then the armor on the player, mobs, and Armor Stand, will glow with red enchantment .

P.s. I observe this from version 1.15, according to the latest snapshot 20w27a
