Un-sticky Pistons?

If you set up a sticky piston in such a way, and place a torch in a certain place, which is showed at by the crosshair on a certain photo included, it will like pulse the Redstone, and turn the torch "off", and leave the sticky pistons un-sticky.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into the Snapshot 1.6 World included in the attachments
2. Go to the location shown in 2013-06-26_13.48.27.png
3. Place a Redstone torch where the crosshair is on 2013-06-26_13.47.40.png
4. Look at the bugged Sticky Pistons (shown on 2013-06-26_13.47.54.png)

The Snapshot 1.6 World I was in to test these bugs I'm finding is included in the attachments.
