i have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core CPU.
i tested 1.15.2 and 1,14.x versions the issue does not seem to be occurring on any version other than 1.16.1.
While running minecraft every 10-30 second minecraft sends a massive package to the cpu and overloads one of the processors causing the game to freeze momentarily.
Mojang you really need to optimize minecraft. its been put off for far too long.
