The "Wood" equivalent for crimson and warped stems is called hyphae, and is in the game currently.
The boat is a feature request, and has been marked as Invalid by a developer in MC-170868. This website is for bug reporting only (problems with the game as it is), not suggestions or feedback about the game. However, there is a great place you can do that!
