I was trying to buy enchanted books (like mending) with the librarian villager and I couldn't, I created a test map to see if it was just one book, but I tried to buy several others and the trade doesn't work with any. Trades like paper to emeralds or emeralds to bookcases work, but it is not possible to buy any enchanted book.
