Armor stands automatically rotates on it own after their rotation is being set

When placing an armor stand, it rotates on its own instead of just automatically setting the rotation of where the player sets them.

To reproduce

1. Place an armor stand
   → ❌ The armor stand rotates to where it is supposedly set by the player
