Pillager captains killed by the “fire aspect” enchantment will not give the player bad omen

When a pillager captain gets burned from the fire by the “fire aspect” enchantment, it will not give the player bad omen. However, if the pillager dies from the initial sword or item hit, the player will be given the effect.
