Will not accept credit card

Keep trying to purchase Java Edition of Minecraft and it keeps giving error for my credit card.  Have tried three different browsers and three different credit cards.  Also tried waiting until the next day.  Still keep getting error after submitting credit card and cannot purchase the game.
