blurry in blocks

I edited a block in minecraft and a blurry shows up in front of me.

Please not that I am not using any texture packs or mods.

I use adobe photoshop c++ to change the glazed block into a double solid line road.

Can you provide a screenshot with the debug screen enabled (F3)
