Cannot plant on farmland that was previously planted on

For some reason, some of my farmland blocks do not allow me to replant seeds onto them after harvesting. I think it may have to do with bees interacting with my crops, but I am not entirely sure.

This is usually caused by not enough light. Increase the light level and see if that fixes it

Judging by the screenshot you've attached, I can see that the light level is too low to be able to plant seeds/carrots/potatoes, therefore, making this a duplicate ofย MC-914.
