[MC-195255] piglin brutes despawn when persistent

i gave myself a spawn egg that spawns piglin brutes with the persistent tag and then i teleported away. when i teleported back they despawned Here is the command:

/give @p piglin_brute_spawn_egg{IsImmuneToZombification:1,CanPickUpLoot:1,PersistenceRequired:1} 1
