[MC-195288] Zombie wearing armor on ground repeatedly

if a zombie was in a hole with a slab at the bottom with multiple armor pieces of the same kind, the zombie would wear an armor piece (boots for example), then drop the current boots for another pair of boots. the zombie would keep on switching boots forever until the armor pieces get removed.
