[MC-195393] Visual glitch from changing worlds while holding items

Whenever you load up a Minecraft world if you are holding something and then you leave. Join a different world and Alt + tab out, you'll pause immediately when the world is done loading if you look back at the screen you'll be holding the item that you were holding in the last world (This is only visual and disappears after unpausing)
