Upside down end dimension?

I was playing on a realm with a friend and when we entered the end something strange happened, the end main island was mirrored upside down so we had to go upside down and the crystals had been destoyed already. Though this presented quite an interesting challenge this needs to be fixed as it is gamebreaking.
