Soulsand+water elevator is not working

Before I started, sry to my English. so I will writing my language under the English.(if you don't understand my opinion in part(or the whole thing) plz translate....😞)

Before 1.16.1, making the soulsand water elevator is...

first, dig in the ground if you want.

second, place the soulsand at the bottom.

last, put the water at the top.

then water+soulsand=bubble(we can go to up)

now, when I try to put the water at the top, the soulsand at the bottem does not work, I mean, I can't see the BUBBLE.

So I try to put the water per square, but my elevator high coordinate is by around total 40..........;-(((

why doesn't work that.... really sad.

If it is not bug, I'm speechless this situation... How can I do?

영혼모래 엘레베이터 만드는데 원래 물을 제일 위에다가 놓으면 영혼모래가 알아서 거품 만들어내던데

왜 지금은 작동이 안되나요? 한 칸 씩 해야해요? 그렇게 하면 갇혀버리는데 어떻게 해야할 지 모르겠어요..

진짜 막막하고..😞😞사다리는 너무 느린데....
