When Tab is bound to a hotbar slot, Tab will tab to select the recipe book instead of moving items to the cursor when the inventory window is open

When Tab is bound to a hotbar slot, Tab will tab to select the recipe book instead of moving items to the cursor when the inventory window is open.

For instance, if the last hotbar slot is bound to Tab in the options menu, and I hover over an item in my inventory and press Tab, the recipe book will be highlighted blue and the intended behaviour of moving the item in the inventory will not happen.
