The bug

Wandering traders can sell buckets of tropical fish in any color, excluding black. It seems to be a bit weird that they added black-colored fish, but didn't add a way to get them excluding commands. This makes these variants of tropical fish unobtainable. I hope it'll be fixed.

:info: Not a dupe of MC-169763 - this ticket is NOT about them not spawning naturally.

Fix

It should be a completely random fish inside the bucket. (Equal chances) Fix would also be helpful to survival players that are building aquaria.

Yes, it sounds like a feature request, but it is inconsistency

Issue MC-169763 clearly states that Mojang decided not to use black tropical fish in the game.

 

It was about them naturally spawning, not in the entire game. They should be obtainable in survival IMO.
